What Is Top Glove Foundation?
Top Glove Foundation is Top Glove's charitable arm which was established on 14 June 2009. The two founders of Top Glove, namely Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai and Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee, as well as Top Glove Sdn Bhd collectively donated RM1 million to establish the Foundation.
Vision and Mission
Vision: To do well by doing good through sustainable outreach efforts.
Mission: To provide aid to the underserved and marginalised communities and to support the protection of our natural environment through our 3 philanthropic pillars: Community, Education and Environment.
As at FY2022, TG Foundation has:
1. Pledged approximately RM31.5 million in support of 1,500 charitable organisations and NGOs.
2. Awarded a total of 130 scholarships for students to pursue their tertiary education.
3. Accomplished approximately 22,000 volunteering hours with the participation of 3,000 employees in various CSR activities in FY2022.
