Metal Detectable Nitrile Glove is engineered with food safe magnetic material that can be detected by a metal detector machine to prevent contaminated products due to torn glove fragments reaching to your customers. It is developed by incorporating food safe metal additive which exhibit magnetic properties, where it allows the user, specifically the F&B Industry, to detect unwanted torn glove fragment contaminants in food processing manufacturing. Our innovative product is designed to be detected as small as 0.2 inch x 0.2 inch (5mm x 5mm) glove fragment for dry food and 0.4 inch x 0.4 inch (10mm x 10mm) glove fragment for wet food by using a metal detector machine calibrated at a frequency ranging from 300kHz and above, separating contaminated products at the finest of margins. The detection sensitivity of the gloves are fine tuned using iron ball (Fe) which has a diameter of 1.0mm. Its texturized fingertips provide excellent wet or dry grip for added handling precision.
