Metal Detectable Nitrile Powder Free Glove

Metal Detectable Nitrile Glove is engineered with food safe magnetic material that can be detected by a metal detector machine to prevent contaminated products due to torn glove fragments reaching your customers. It is developed by incorporating a food safe metal additive that exhibits magnetic properties, where it allows the user, specifically the F&B Industry, to detect unwanted torn glove fragment contaminants in food processing manufacturing. Our innovative product is designed to be detected as small as 0.2 inch x 0.2 inch (5mm x 5mm) glove fragments by using a  metal detector machine, separating contaminated products at the finest of margins. The detection is done using a metal detector machine, calibrated with the detection sensitivity using a ferrous bolt of 0.6mm in diameter at a frequency of 800kHz. Its texturized fingertips provide an excellent wet and dry grip for added handling precision.
