TOP GLOVE HOLDS FULLY VIRTUAL 22ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shah Alam, Wednesday, 6 January 2021 Top Glove Corporation Bhd today held its fully virtual 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), whereby all 12 resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice dated 13 November 2020 were duly carried by way of poll. 1,732 shareholders logged in for the live stream.

On 4th January 2021, Top Glove also announced a Special Dividend of 20%, in addition to its existing dividend policy of a 50% dividend payout ratio on PATAMI, for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter of Financial Year 2021
