TOP GLOVE TO HOST INAUGURAL SUSTAINABILITY WEBINAR

Virtual event to feature discussions on emerging trends shaping business sustainability and humanity 

Shah Alam, Monday, 19 February 2024 Top Glove Corporation Bhd is set to launch its first-ever one-day sustainability webinar, "Emerging Trends Shaping Business Sustainability and Humanity," on 6 March 2024. The virtual event aims to provide a platform for in-depth exploration of the evolving landscape of business sustainability and its societal implications. The webinar will bring together leaders from the public and private sectors to share insights on current and future emerging trends in business strategies, social well-being, and governance structures that impact sustainability and humanity, fostering insightful conversations around pressing sustainability issues. It is expected to attract a wide audience interested in the intersection of these areas in shaping a more sustainable future.

In partnership with the Association of Development Financial Institutions of Malaysia (ADFIM) and esteemed supporting partners such as the United Nations Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei (UNGCMYB), the Center to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4), EXIM Bank Malaysia, and the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), the webinar will feature dynamic discussions and presentations led by experts from diverse sectors, including business, government, civil society, and rating agencies.

The webinar will commence with an opening remark from the Founder and Executive Chairman of Top Glove, Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai, followed by four keynote addresses and panel discussions. The moderators for these panel discussions will include Top Glove’s board of directors.

The webinar is part of Top Glove's commitment to advancing sustainable business practices.
