TOP GLOVE COMMITS TO 20% SPECIAL DIVIDEND ABOVE 50% DIVIDEND POLICY

Total dividend payout ratio raised to 70% of PATAMI starting 2QFY2021 to 4QFY2021

Shah Alam, Monday, 4 January 2021 In consideration of the good profit performance and strong cash flow, and to reward its shareholders, the Board of Top Glove has committed to a Special Dividend of 20%, in addition to its existing dividend policy of a 50% dividend payout ratio on PATAMI, for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter of Financial Year 2021.
