TOP GLOVE RECOGNISED AS LEADING EMPLOYER FOR MALAYSIAN GRADUATES

 

Long chain of success and recognition at the 2021 GRADUAN Brand Awards, Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers Awards and Talentbank s Graduates’ Choice Award

 

Shah Alam, Tuesday 14 December 2021: Top Glove, the world’s largest manufacturer of gloves, has once again been acknowledged as Malaysia’s leading employer among local graduates by taking home top honours in three leading graduates’ choice awards this year 2021.

For the GRADUAN Brand Awards 2021 that took place on 10 December 2021, Friday, the glovemaker was named Malaysia’s Most Preferred Employer under the Manufacturing category It is also attained an overall ranking of Top 4 amongst Malaysia’s Most Preferred Employer s of the Year marking an improvement from its sixth place ranking in 2019.

At Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers Awards 2021 (M100), held on 17 November 2021, Wednesday, Top Glove emerged as the champion in the Engineering and Heavy Industry category for the fifth year running The M100 ranking is based on student and fresh graduate votes from universities across Malaysia gathered in the annual M100 survey, the largest and longest running study on graduate recruitment trends in Malaysia.

Earlier this year Top Glove was acknowledged as the Most Preferred Graduate Employer in Talentbank's Graduates’ Choice Awards 2022 In the official announcement issued by Talentbank on 16 November 2021, Tuesday, the Company also won the top spot under the Manufacturing (Rubber) category, for the third year running. The Awards this year polled over 23,000 undergraduates from more than 100 private and public universities voti ng for their preferred employers among organisations across 48 industries.
