As a caring corporate citizen, we are committed to building a resilient community through our social development initiatives. We aim to drive positive change for the community we operate in through community investment, engagement and development. Our approaches to engage with community include:

Top Glove Foundation believes in improving the quality of life of the underprivileged and the needy. We are dedicated to support non-profit organizations and educational institutions that share this vision. To date, under Education, TG Foundation has pledged approximately RM30.5 million in support of 257 charitable organisations and NGOs and awarded a total of 81 scholarships for students to pursue their tertiary education. We have also invested 1,822 volunteering hours with the participation of 322 employees in various CSR activities.

Clearing the drainage to smoothen drainage system

Further adding value to the community, Top Glove also performs repair and maintenance works for roads and drainage within the vicinity of its factories. These maintenance works first started in 2009 and are done every week, to mitigate the occurrence of floods and ensure safer roads for users. For these initiatives, Top Glove invests about RM120,000 annually.
