TOP GLOVE TO SEEK CLARIFICATION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF ENHANCED MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER

Shah Alam, Monday, 16 November 2020 We wish to inform that Top Glove will seek clarification with the relevant authorities as to the implementation of the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) from 17th November 2020 to 30th November 2020 (14 days) on specific foreign workers dormitory in Meru, Klang.

Top Glove has yesterday Sunday, 15 November 2020, also engaged with and extended cooperation during a visit by Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah (Klang District Health Office) and Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Klang (Klang District Police HQ) to its premises.

We will continue to work closely with the relevant authorities, to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees towards flattening the curve and containing the situation.

Meanwhile, we will continue to adhere to COVID-19 preventive SOPs on a stringent basis. Disinfection exercises at our premises and accommodation are also conducted regularly, with all the necessary precautionary measures strictly in place.
