Top Glove offers students the opportunity to participate in a structured Industrial Trainee Training Program. Students will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be working with the World’s Largest Manufacturer of Gloves. This means students will be exposed to a real working environment alongside our Top Managers. Top Glove Trainees are not only paid an attractive allowance, they will also be exposed to various aspects of good manufacturing practices and corporate culture.
Industrial Trainees will be assessed based on their perseverance during the training period and trainees with good performance and working attitude could be offered full time positions at Top Glove upon completion of their undergraduate studies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must be pursing undergraduate courses at higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or abroad.
- Duration of industrial training varies between a minimum of 3 months and maximum of 6 months.
- CGPA 3.0 and above in related disciplines.
- Active participation in extra-curricular activities.
- Self-motivated and willingness to take up challenges.
